Create a Workflow for the Service Request Process

Hello guys,  if you read my previous post, I have write about how to create a user account in IBM Maximo 6.1.

Now we will continue to finish up the task by creating a workflow of the task show below:

 

Solution Continue :

1) Navigate to Go to > System Configuration > Platform Configuration > Workflow Designer as shown below: 

2) Navigate to Canvas link.

3) By default we will see workflow page as the following: 

4) Click on the New icon.
